Welcome to Haunt Creations. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing any products.
1. About Haunt Creations
Haunt Creations designs and manufactures handcrafted Halloween props, animatronics, display pieces, custom creations, and related products. Many of our products are built by hand and may feature natural variations that make each piece unique.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins. Custom orders will not enter production until payment terms have been satisfied.
Haunt Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders containing pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Custom Orders
Custom-built products are manufactured specifically for each customer based on approved specifications.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Haunt Creations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications before production begins.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been confirmed.
Shipping, freight, handling charges, taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are not included unless specifically stated.
5. Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated separately.
The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs, handling fees, applicable taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other delivery-related expenses.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production schedules and shipping carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any visible shipping damage should be documented with the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible.
Claims for shipping damage should be reported to Haunt Creations promptly.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and often custom-built nature of our products:
- All sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted.
- No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
8. Product Variations
Because our products are individually handcrafted, slight variations in paint, finish, color, materials, clothing, accessories, or other cosmetic details may occur.
These variations are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not constitute defects.
9. Product Use
Haunt Creations products are intended primarily for decorative, theatrical, haunted attraction, entertainment, and display purposes.
Customers are responsible for proper installation, assembly, operation, storage, and maintenance of all products.
Children should always be supervised around display props and animatronics.
Products should not be modified or used in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, videos, text, and trademarks are the property of Haunt Creations unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haunt Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product.
12. Warranty
Unless expressly stated in writing, products are sold "as is" without additional warranties beyond those required by law.
Any manufacturer warranties provided with individual products will be honored according to their specific terms.
13. Website Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Haunt Creations reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, and modify product specifications without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms or the purchase of our products shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
