Shipping Policy

Every Haunt Creations prop is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. When you purchase one of our creations, you're investing in a unique piece of Halloween artistry. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in the same condition it left our workshop.

Shipping Methods

Large orders within the United States and Canada are shipped via trusted freight carriers. Smaller items are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to arrange shipping through your own freight carrier or use your UPS or FedEx account, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping & Handling

All Haunt Creations products are carefully packaged and shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada workshop.

Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price of any item and will be calculated separately based on your order's size, weight, destination, and shipping method.

A handling fee applies to every order. This fee covers the specialized materials, custom packaging, and labor required to safely prepare our handcrafted props for shipment.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and freight charges, handling fees, applicable sales tax, customs duties, brokerage fees, and any other delivery-related costs.

Expert Packaging

Protecting your investment is one of our highest priorities. Every prop is individually wrapped using premium protective materials to safeguard delicate details during transit. Larger pieces are professionally packed in custom cartons and securely palletized when appropriate, helping ensure they arrive safely and ready to become the centerpiece of your haunt, collection, or display.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our shipping charges.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your package shows signs of damage, note the damage with the carrier before accepting delivery whenever possible and contact Haunt Creations immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any shipping-related issues as quickly as possible.

Because our products are handcrafted and many are custom-built to order, all sales are final. Haunt Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
